Assalamualaikum...sya bersiaran lagi..semalam plan nk menulis sblm tdo..tp lupa pula..asyik bersembng dgn adik n kepala skt2 sket semlm..kemungkinan kena panas mentari masa sya g Bangi beli stok bahan2 baking gamaknya..sya ni sejenis puteri lilin..eh bkn sbb sya tkt hitam or sunburn..tp sbb sya akan pening slps tu..ala2 migrain tu..haihh..seksa oii..
2 hari lepas sya cite psl 1st day diet sya kan..alih2 msa sya kuar dgn kwn tu, kmi lunch kt Texas Chicken..kmi ber2 amik chicken wrap..bg sya okla kan..tp tp tp sya amik Minute maid as my drink..uwaaa..dahaga sgt kot teman ank main before tu..kepala dh weng krg air..nyesal xbwk bekal air masak..lps ni kena amalkan bwk air masak ke mna2..huhuu..dah tu, ptg sya g psr mlm..beli donut mkn seketul.. (-_-")..mlm tu mkn chicken popcorn byk la jgk n sushi 1 ketul..haishh..fail2..
Meh sya try list down kt sini apa yg masuk dlm perut sya on the 1st day..

Haaa..tula list apa yg sya mkn 1st day sya..waduhhh..kecundang byk nihh..huhu..punya la sya try to avoid minuman manis..tp xberjaya jgk..juice work adk sya bg..msa sya g amik dia kt S.Alam mlm tu..dia xtau sya diet..n bg dia tu air juice..xgemuk..tp sya dh penah test..kalu sya jga mkn, tp sya minum air tu, cnfirm esk brt sya naik punya lah..huhuu..xpe2..kita usaha slow2 perbaiki diri k..xbleh sepenuhnya, pelan2 pun jd la..nk drastic sgt pn x elok jgk..badan terkejut nnti n mulala pening pala..huhuhu..
Sya smbung kt entry lain lah k utk day 2..hahaha..yg sma jgk kecundang.. =p daa~~
